Our winter hats are the best and we guarantee it! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your money or exchange your hat for a new one. To avoid the need to exchange your hat due to size, please check your measurements carefully against our sizing charts before ordering.
Returns and exchanges must be authorized before you ship your hat back to us:
1. Once you have received your winter hat, please inspect it carefully. In the event you wish to return or exchange your hat, please contact us (by email or telephone) within 48 hours of receipt of your hat. If it has been more than 48 hours, we will deny your request.
2. NorthernHats.com Customer Service personnel will authorize your return or exchange and provide a shipping address for you to return your hat. We cannot accept a return or exchange that has not been previously authorized.
3. Your winter hat must be returned to our company headquarters in its original packing within 7 days of receiving authorization. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.
4. Items must be returned in its original condition, never worn or otherwise soiled. Your refund or exchange will be issued upon our inspection of the returned item.
6. Shipping charges are not refundable.
